Growth and Marketing Terms

These Terms form part of the Terms of Service of With Ease Africa, operated by Aureva International Ltd. They cover the Growth capability of the AI Business Officer: what it does for you, what it is allowed to reach, what it will never do, and what happens when you connect an account you own somewhere else.

What Growth is

Growth is a capability of the one AI Business Officer. It is not a separate product, a separate assistant or a separate account. It reads the activity your organisation has already recorded here, helps you understand it, and helps you plan, research and draft work to grow your organisation.

Growth does not create facts about your business. Every figure it uses comes from your own records on this platform.

What Growth may see

Only your own organisation's records, and only what you are already permitted to see. Your data is never mixed with another organisation's, and no other organisation's data is ever placed in an answer given to you.

Where an answer requires our AI provider, only the information needed for that request is sent. Your data is not used to train any model. We do not send identity documents, passwords, payment credentials or security information to any AI provider.

Accounts you connect

You may choose to connect an account you own on another platform — a social network, a community, an advertising account. If you do:

• You authorise it yourself, on that platform, using its own official sign-in. We never ask for your password to another service, and you should never give one to us or to any assistant.
• The permission you grant is stored on our servers only. It is encrypted, it is never placed in a browser, never placed in an AI request, and never shown to you or anyone else.
• You can withdraw it at any time, from within that platform's own settings or from your settings here. When a permission is withdrawn or expires, Growth reports that the capability is unavailable. It does not keep trying and it does not ask you again and again.
• We only ask for the permissions the agreed work needs. If a platform requires its own developer registration, business verification or review before it will grant a permission, that is that platform's requirement and we will tell you plainly rather than working around it.

Connecting an account does not authorise us to publish or to spend. Those are separate, explicit permissions described below.

What Growth will never do without your explicit permission

It will not publish anything. Writing a post, a reply or an advertisement is not the same as publishing it. Growth prepares work and holds it for you. Publishing always requires your approval, every time, at every level of autonomy — including the highest.

It will not spend any money. No advertising budget, no promotion, no paid placement of any kind, unless you have deliberately set a spending limit and approved the specific spend. Where no limit is set, the amount that can be spent is zero.

It will not act as anyone but you. Growth uses accounts you have connected, under your own identity, and says so where a platform requires it.

Conduct on community platforms

Where Growth takes part in a public conversation on your behalf, it does so honestly. It will not create accounts, invent customers, write reviews or testimonials as though from a customer, manufacture agreement, conceal that it is speaking for your organisation, or post anything designed to look like an independent opinion. Any of those would be a deception, and none of them is available in this platform — not as an option you can switch on, and not as an instruction the assistant will accept.

Every platform's own rules apply in addition to these Terms, and where they conflict, the platform's rules win.

Advertising

Where you connect an advertising account and set a spending limit, Growth may prepare campaigns and, with your approval, run them. You remain the advertiser. You are responsible for the truthfulness of your claims, for the rules of the platform you advertise on, and for the advertising, consumer-protection and marketing rules that apply where you and your audience are. Where those are set by the consumer protection authority of your country, we do not act for you before them and we do not verify your claims.

We are not liable for the outcome of any campaign, for its cost, for its performance, or for a platform suspending or rejecting it.

Marketing to other people

If you use Growth to contact people, you are the sender and you are responsible — for having a lawful basis to contact them, for honouring an opt-out, and for the rules of the data protection law of your country and any direct-marketing rules that apply to you. Where a question about that arises, it is for the data protection authority of your country and your own adviser, not for us.

Growth will not build a contact list for you out of another organisation's data on this platform, and it cannot reach one.

How much Growth does on its own

You choose how independently Growth works, from doing nothing without you, through carrying on an approved conversation, to running an agreed programme of work. Publishing and spending sit outside that choice entirely: they are separate permissions and raising the level of independence never grants them.

Growth records every action it takes or proposes, what it was asked to do, who approved it, and what actually happened. It reports an action as done only when the system that performed it confirmed it.

Demonstration mode

Growth can be shown with clearly-labelled example figures so you can see how it works before your own records are full. Demonstration figures are always marked as such and are never mixed with your real ones. Anything presented as your business's own performance is your own recorded data.

What it may get wrong

AI can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and a growth plan is a suggestion rather than a forecast. Nothing Growth produces is financial, tax, legal, investment or accounting advice, no result is promised, and no outcome is guaranteed. Verify anything that matters with an appropriately qualified adviser in your country before you act on it.

Your choices

You are not required to use Growth, to connect any account, or to enable advertising. Disconnecting an account, lowering the level of independence, or switching Growth off does not affect the rest of the platform. Ask us at legal@witheaseafrica.com about how Growth has been applied to your data.

Limitation of liability

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for our own fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected to the minimum extent the law requires.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special loss, nor for lost profit, revenue, business, goodwill, opportunity, data or reputation, and our total aggregate liability is limited to the lesser of the fees you paid us in the three months before the event and fifty United States dollars (USD 50).

Time limit

A claim must be notified to us in writing within six months of the date you became, or ought reasonably to have become, aware of it. A claim not notified in that period is irrevocably barred.

Indemnity

You will indemnify us in full and on demand, including our legal costs on a full indemnity basis, against everything arising from your breach of these terms, your use of the platform, or your breach of any law or third party right. This indemnity is not limited by the liability cap above.

Disputes

No class, collective or representative action. Send us written notice of any dispute and allow thirty days; that notice is a condition precedent to any claim. Unresolved disputes are finally settled by arbitration seated in Lagos, Nigeria, before a single arbitrator, in English.

Governing law, reform and language

Governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, where we are incorporated. An unenforceable provision is read down to the maximum extent enforceable rather than struck out, and severed only if it cannot be read down at all. English is the sole operative version; translations are for convenience only and create no rights.
